What are the dates and times for the conference?

The conference is held over three days on Friday August 4th through 6th Please plan on attending all three days. With so many surprises you do not want to miss one second!

Where is the event located?

How do I register?
There are two ways to register:
Online: Visit our Registration page Scroll to the online section and begin the process. There is an online processing fee per ticket (out of our hands – sorry) for using the online registration process.

Phone: Rather talk with someone on the phone? No problem. Give our registration coordinator, Maree, a call at (540) 812-2770 and she will walk you through the process. Credit Cards accepted over the phone.

Registration is scheduled to close on August 2, 2016. Limited seating is available so register today!

What does my registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers our cost per person for the event. If you registered early you were able to take advantage of our bring a friend free special.  Included in the registration fee is access to all the conference materials, main sessions, and includes your entry with a guest (can be your husband) at our Friday evening Beach & Business with DJ DNS and special guests immediately following Friday’s session.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Card or checks. All payments must be received before the conference. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Can I get tickets at the door?
No. Pre-registration is required. Please note this is different than previous years.

Do I need a printed ticket? 

No ticket needed. Your name will be on our guest list when you arrive and you will receive a welcome packet in the mail.

Is there assigned seating?
There is no assigned or reserved seating. First come, first serve EXCEPT for VIP Ticket Registrants and Ari’s Mastermind Clients.

After I register, do I need to do anything?
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email. (This will be mailed to you via USPS if you don’t have email.) If for some reason you don’t receive the confirmation within 7 days, please email us at info@arisquires.com

Are tickets refundable if I can’t make it?
Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and would like to “gift” your registration to a friend, please send us an email at info@arisquires.com

What’s the parking situation?
Parking is valet at $25 per day. Please note that the hotel is open to the public during our conference hours. With that in mind, please be respectful of any directional signs and/or cones regarding where parking is prohibited. In the case of overflow, an additional parking lot is located directly across from the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Comfy, classy and fabulous-Business to Business casual! The venue is air conditioned, so we recommend wearing layers and/or bringing a light sweater.

What do you mean, “Release The Chains”? Do I have to share my story with others at the conference?

Great question! You will never be forced to share your story at our conference or speak publicly. We teach and equip women with the information about what it means to be free from your past through transparency. When the founder, Ari Squires, began to confess her story to others she experienced a new freedom and multiple doors of opportunity opened up for her and she was able to launch an entire movement. That’s what this conference is about. There are activities throughout the conference that encourage you towards sharing your story at some point in your life, but don’t worry, no one will make you while you’re with us.

Are there breakout sessions? 

The entire conference is what we call “concert style”. A mix of speaking, training, entertainment, laughter and music. Everything happens in the conference room during the main sessions. There are no additional breakout sessions.

Who are the speakers? 

Ari Squires’ Release The Chains Women’s Conference, purposefully selects her speakers and entertainers to offer a wide variety of women (and men) with different backgrounds, knowledge and stories staying specifically in line with her vision for the event. We have everyone from professional speakers, career moms, highly successful business women and men, award winning business women who are top leaders in their industry and entertainers to college students. We all have a story to share and can learn for anybody! Visit our Speaker page to learn about the speakers this year. Speakers and entertainers are added up to the day of the event.

Is childcare provided?
There is no childcare provided. While we love kids, we ask that you plan accordingly as the conference is not open to children.

What is the Private VIP Luncheon with Ari Squires and Speakers and Private Mastermind?
The private VIP Luncheon is an additional event limited to 20 women on a first come, first served basis. It will be held on Saturday during lunch so you do not have to worry about spending extra money on lunch.  Lunch and beverages will be provided. This time will be an opportunity to connect with Ari and the other speakers for an informal Q&A, get-to-know-you time. Tickets at $697 and can be purchased when you register.

The added Mastermind session is your opportunity to start implementing everything you have learned and join a powerful group of women and experts where you can pick their brain and get professional and experienced feedback on your ideas and/or challenges.

What are the closest airports?
Tampa International Airport (TPA)| 18 miles

What about hotels for those coming in from other areas?
If you are visiting from another area and need a hotel, we have posted our preferred recommended hotel here. Please work directly with the hotel to make your reservations and remember to use code ARI or use this link to register (link coming soon). We offer the best rates.
